Anxiety has been so very high past 3 days, we now I know why. A. Monthly B. I have a bad bronchitis infection and was almost sent to the hospital due to how to congested I have been. My oxygen was 94 and I could not walk into the urgent care!I was given a shot of steroids in my bottom and a breathing treatment, then got a antibiotic and steroid for home. 30 mg of pred and a zpak. I feel so much better and I have been home for 6 hours. I cried before we left to the clinic and I told my mom I dont wanna die, I have never not been able to breathe like that!!

Dramatic maybe, scary YES. Please watch out for your lungs y'all. I have never had bronchitis that bad, EVER

...and are now on the meds you need, and on your way to recocery!

It sounds like this was a secondary infection from your revent virus/flu. You have really gone through it lately!

Well as the day has worn on, I have found that my lungs are feeling better and more clear I can walk around more and not almost panic due to lack of breathe! I am able to lay down and not so feel congested. I am so glad that I am feeling better, I know one else is bothered by this most of the time but I also know that along the line someone will look for help and see this.

Glad you're feeling better!!

I had bronchitis back in April and it is NO fun! I definitely had feelings of depression from being so sick.

Do not be shocked if you have a lingering little cough for a few months. I had a mild bronchitis but still ended up with something called post viral cough, which is very common and can last anywhere from about 4-10 weeks. Mine was about 9 weeks and suddenly gone.

Anyway, I just wanted to share that so if you do have a teeny little cough for awhile, you won't worry!

Well here is my update again:

I have been up a lot today and I can breathe like a normal person again. A bit of a cough but nothing major and always productive. I have taken the last of my prednisone today, yay! So a few days of mess and that will be gone.

I was able to shower and wash my gross hair at least. I had to shave outside the shower as I was getting winded. I feel more human and alive then I have in over a week.

I also made a quick trip to the store, nothing major and that was all I could do for the night. LOL

I have not had a smoke since my bronchitis started which was 6/23/17 and I do not plan to go back to them either. I am done. I am just tired of it and I want to be free so I will be. So a new adventure awaits with that, but it's not too bad that's for sure as I don't really miss them.
