Hi my name is Rich.
I am so overwhelmed with anxiety today. First is my job, I am so behind in some duties. The main one is returned mail that has to be processed. In truth, no one but me is worried about
it. I wish I could just let it go. I am leaving this job in a couple of weeks anyway.
Then there is making the transition to Medicare. I have my new plan ready to use and I want to find the strength today to go to Walgreens and give them my new card so I can get my first prescript
ion filled.
I hate feeling all this anxiety. I will reach out to a couple of friends. But would appreciate any good wishes or prayers from people on this site.
Thanks,
Steve n Dallas

Rich, just keep doing one job task at a time... You'll get to the end soon enough.
When you go to Walgreens - pick up a treat or two. Chocolate comes to mind

OG,
You are doing great! Awesome work on completing your coverage transition...everything will be fine when you go to get your prescript
ions.😀
...and you'll get your work completed. The fact that you are still concerned about
a job that you are about
to leave speaks volumes to your work ethic!
Peace, prayers and progress!

Hi Rich
You are a good employee indeed, just push but not too hard. you are only human.
deep breaths in 1234 out, in 1234 out slowly now and then , if you can put some earphones and listen to some music while you work it will also help.
Good luck
