I would trust what your doctor says in evaluation of these numbers. If he/she is not worried, neither should you be.
Some people just run slightly above or below the 'normal'. What medical professionals are looking for is a very out of range reading, or a combination of conditions that signal a red flag. (the discrepancy in your #'s could also be caused by a passing viral infection and your next test would be just fine)
If you were not called in to discuss any issues regarding your CBC, then you don't have reason to worry. I have had similar slightly out of the norm results myself...I know it's hard...but try to trust your doctor on this.
