Depersonlization and coffee?

Does anyone on here with depersonlization or aniexty still drink cofffee? I know everyone says not too but i dont find it makes me anymore anxious. If anything it gives me a bit of happiness because coffee is my addiction. Just wanted to hear how other people react with coffee. I usually have anywhere from 1 cup to 3.

same here 1-3 a day. I had to give it up for about 5 months during a very bad spell of anxiety and insomnia but now that I am well again -I can drink it again. I had to ease back into it tho as I could really feel it after stopping for so long. my first cup is real coffie and the rest is usually half decaf or sometimes all decaf

Caffeine in general isn't good for someone who experiences anxiety. Try switching to decaf for a bit until you're feeling better then slowly integrate caffeine back in.

I drink coffee as well, but have cut back to one cup in the morning after my latest issues.

I drink a lot of coffee and don't find it affects my anxiety but it does affect my sleep so I switch to decaf in the afternoon.
