Around this time of year until Feburary I always feel a little Anxious amoung other feelings like sluggish or tired, a little depressed about
shorter days and some difficulty concentrating. While I do have medication for anxiety I was looking for tips on helping out of winter blues, I find it's worse between now and just before Christmas and especially in the evening.
open to ideas like maybe keeping certain scents around the house, vitamins, foods, light thearpy anything that might be easy to tryout.
