Breakthrough anxiety?

At just over a week, you are probably just having the expected start up effects. Some doctors might order an increase after 2 weeks, but since the full therapeutic benefits aren't expected until at least week 6...it is more conservative to wait until that point before making a change.

Use your coping skills...know this is a normal experience for a start up...and stay encouraged!

Mel B- Today has been rough with a lot of anxiety and 2 panic attacks! Not fun at all but I’m trying stick through it. Tomorrow I meet with my counselor so I’m looking forward to that!

Hi Mel,

It was good, I went into this cold room and he had me do this breathing exercise. It helped a lot but I know I need to practice more. I go again in 2 weeks and have appts set up every 2 weeks from here until Sept. I’m hoping this helps but I’m also wanting to do acupuncture. Have you tried that?
