This is day 3 on my increase of taking 75 mg of effexor ibwoke up and felt extremely dizzy and lightheaded and nauseous. So I know these are common side effects but why are they so intense and will they go away? It's making me not even want to take the medication anymore.

Sounds like side effects. If these are all the side effects you have consider yourself lucky. Try to stick with it and hopefully you will feel better.
