Does anybody have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I have had a long history of Lyme Disease and infections. I also have a long history of EBV, CMV, HHV6, fevers, chills, achy heavy legs, Dizzy, no concentration, memory issues, ANXIETY, depression, sleep issues, not ever rested. Just so exhausted all the time and don't know what comes first anxiety or being anxious because I am so worried about
functioning in a world that doesn't really recognize this. I don't work, and find most things so difficult to do, especially when it requires my brain. Can anybody relate?

Hi E.,
Anxiety does wear me out...but I don't think it can be considered CFS. I remember my mom really struggling with it since she has chronic/recurring mono...so I know how debilitating it can be!
I can only imagine what a challenge your combined issues must cause you. I hope that with the help of your doctors as well as your self help regimen, that you can find some relief.
The only suggestion I have other than regular anxiety management tools (see our Resources) is to maybe try Binaural Beats? (sound wave therapy) You can find these on Youtube...and the downloads include choices from energizing...to deep relaxation as well as for sleep. Depending on the time of day and your needs, theses could perhaps be useful to you.
Peace and progress,
S.C.

thank you. I also just saw Touchpoints device. You put them on both sides of your body and they pulse and they say it with decreasing the sympathetic nervous system and increasing the relaxation response.
