It seems like these SSRI's are giving me headaches. I had headaches and I didn't know why but then I realized after I stopped the Celexa that it was what was causing the headaches. I went on Prestiq for a while (SSNI) and it didn't seem to help all that much but I didn't have a headache. Now I am on 100mg of Zoloft and the headaches are coming back. For those of you that have headaches, where on your head does it hurt? For me it seems like it is always behind my right eye. If I lay my finger over my right eyelid and apply some pressure it seems to help slightly. I am tired of this. I have to sleep with a heating pad on high on my head. Migraine pills don't work half the time. I hope this medicine isn't going to be another failure. I want to feel better
now!

My headaches are generally around my eyes and nose, I believe Lexapro causes them and they r enflamed sinuses

L.I.,
If you don't mind me asking, how long did you take the Celexa...and how long have you been on the Zoloft?

Hi
I get a lot of headaches for me it's round the temples that hurts and I do think that sometimes it's a side effect of the medication I take but general anxiety can also cause headaches. I make sure I drink a lot of water which I find helps with the headaches.

Interesting to read these responses. I get them around my eyes and a pressure sensation behind the eyes, like they are straining. But more on the right side for some reason....
