lmazy,
I am SO sorry to hear all that you are going through with your kidney stone, pain and anxiety. Of course having this happen is going to be triggering...so if you are mildly light headed, like you've been from anxiety previously, then this is probably all it is.
However, if this is more pronounced, and you are actually feeling like you might pass out...lie down, practice some breathing/relaxation exercises, drink some water, and see if you feel improvement. If not, a call to your doctor might not be a bad idea.
I think I would not take the Ativan with an new unknown pain Rx. If you feel like you really need it, call your pharmacy and ask them to do an interaction check for you...
...but maybe just practicing your coping skills could get you through while you need to take the Toradol.
Are they doing a watch and wait to see if you'll pass the stone...or are they going to schedule SWL for you?
I hope that you recover quickly and as comfortably as possible in either case! Let us know how we can continue to support you, okay?
S.C.
