Returning to work tomorrow

As some of you saw I had a servere reaction to the 20mg of Celexa I got put on... this cause me to lose my job

Now I know I’m not dying I’m returning back to work tomorrow feeling positive

I still have all these strong anxiety symptoms to get over:
-inner tremors
-visual snow
- bounding pulse in different parts of my body
- panic
- lack of consentration
-ocd and intrusive thoughts
-muscle weakness

But I’m feeling confident
I’ve got some lorazepam just incase stuff gets too much

I get my blood test results back this Friday and I’m having an mri to rule everything out next week

Fingers crossed it’s just really bad anxiety cause all these symptoms in my body

Sorry to hear you are having a bit of a hard time at the moment but it sounds like you are doing all the right things. If you haven't already have a look at our resources section and look at the Mindfulness links as they are really helpful and work.

How did it go? I hope it was a good day back and that you are feeling better about being able to work now. Great job on having the courage to return and get back into your regular routine...this is an important step! Give us an update when you can.

Kudos man know that you are not alone.
I lost a great job due to anxiety. I had to be rushed to a hospital because they thought my anxiety attack was a heart attack.
People that don't have anxiety dont understand it and look at you as a liability, which suck.
Cardiologists said everything looked good.
Anyway best of luck and know that you always have comfort in this community.
