swollen lymph node update (not good)

So, if you're following this saga or replied to me last week, I have an update to swollen lymph node in my groin.

Another one popped up, this time at the top of the groin, right at the top of the pelvic bone. The other one a little bit lower is still there. So that's probably not good. I'm like... calm panicked. I have pretty severe depression so part of me is just resigned to the idea of dying, the other part is like "wow, I might actually be in terminal trouble".

Oh and I have another sinus infection. So that's cool.

Any words of encouragement or whatever are appreciated. Idk if multiple swollen lymph nodes are a death sentence or what. But I'm pretty bummed.

So, I have no insurance so idk about a doctors appointment. I work 6 days a week just to crawl across the finish line each month lol. I've had the other lymph node swollen for 2 weeks now. Now this 2nd one pops up.

I have noticed their size changes almost by the minute. The old node was down to smaller than a pea, while the new one was about the size of a dime. Now its reversed. New one is tinier than a pea. This change happened within 30 mins.

I've got a myriad of other physical issues that could probably be explained away, (stiff neck, sinus problems, elbow/joint and muscle pain , bleeding gums etc) but this lymph node thing is throwing me for a loop. It's either odd timing or something more nefarious.

I havent called the docs yet. Partly because I'm fairly far in debt now with various loans and such.

Its 4am where I'm at and I think another one popped up, this time on the left side of the groin. So this is #3 now guys. Wooo! I mean I guess the upside is, if something is coming for me, it might take me quick?

I've had sinus infections/colds whatever I have right now almost every month for the last year and then some but never dealt with lymph nodes in my groin. Maybe a stray one once in a while with the flu but it's been so long Its hard to remember. It's really hard to stay positive because I'm also legitimately under the weather. Throat is all full and sore, sinuses are so stuffed, ears are blocked, neck is stiff, glands under my jaw are a little swollen. And on top of it all, 3 lymph nodes now. One of which popped up 2 weeks ago.

I think the last place I wanna be right now is the ER. Once the sinus infection goes away, I'll probably feel a little better. But everything coupled together is killing me inside.

I get a sinus infection almost every month and it's been that way for 2 and a half years.

The lymph nodes are just freaking me out.

When I got the first sinus infection that sort of led to all the rest, the big ol big one back in December of 2016, I took anti B's and by the time I ran out of meds, the infection still had a grip on me. That's the last time I took anything beyond OTC just to get through work.

As far as noticing the lymph nodes, I think they're a bit more pronounced when they're in a delicate area like the groin.

I have fairly severe depression and a lot of times I'm stuck between this space of not wanting to live but also not being ready to die. So I'm almost too apathetic to go get it checked but also still too attached to life and afraid to get it checked. It's a nightmare Haha. But the catch 22 is, part of my depression is because of my physical suffering. Being knocked out for 1 to 2 weeks almost every month for nearly 2 years is really defeating, especially for a guy who hits the weights 4 to 5 times a week and hikes avidly.

BF, maybe you need different, more, any antibiotics/antifungals.

I personally think by 2050 they may not work anymore but for now - we should use them.
