Me in front...2 town houses behind. All just finished. Seen putside yesterday. Small bit of grass out back nice small yard new shed and a concrete floor!

For water saving a beaut water tank and i seen a split heater cpoling system. Lovely entry. West facing. Small but i have a walk thru 10am tomoz. Walk in shower and slide back yard doors. Blinds look lovely.

Have packed...bar bits.

I'm not sure if owning a home is for me or not, even if I could afford it financially at this point.

However, owning your own home is a good option for lots of people.

Owning a home is a big financial investment. I am a first time home owner and it has been both stressful and enjoyable. The most stressful part about it is that you are responsible for fixing stuff in your home as opposed to just calling a landlord.
Mortgages might be cheaper but the additional costs of maintenance can make renting somewhat cheaper.

It just depends on your individual situation. After I live in this house for a few more years, I may go back to renting
