I have been EXTREMELY anxious for the last 4 days and not quite sure why. I feel so uncomfortable. Trying not to take xanax but asking myself why when I know it will make me feel better.
Know some of the reasons I feel like this but don't have the energy or the ability to write about them right now.
Feels good just to come here and say so.

I take xanax too Weary. As needed. I know what you mean about not wanting to take it often. But if you need it, take it. It helps so much. I get apprehensive too though so I know how you feel. We shouldn't feel guilty for trying to feel better and more calm.

I hope things are going better with MIL. Is she still in the nursing home? Or did she ever get there?

My week has been pretty good. The weather has cooled down quite a bit. Much more pleasant. Luna (my dog) starts prozac and neurontin soon for anxiety. Just waiting for it to come in the mail. Or fed ex or something.

We are having a yard sale this weekend. Hoping to sell a lot of stuff that is taking up too much space.

Hi you’all I’m doing better, but I still have my anxious days every once in a while. I’m off from work this weeks but my daughter starting school and something new every day with virtual learning.
