Medications question

I have a question, I had been taking citalopram 20 mg bought in mexico since I live in the border then this week my dr here in US prescribed me the same meds so I got them at my pharmacy ...is it the same formula or is it different? I mean I had been feeling ok and now that I started citalopram U.S I am back to feeling bad ...has anybody experienced anything similar?

They are the same, just the compound is structured in a different way, thus the original patent is not
utilised. KFC, the secret herbs n spices! This is why some tend to find a difference in
uptake, this is in a neuro context, because the receptors taking this senses a difference and says, hello,

Addendum, well, the FDA is just a token entity to big pharma. And yes, not in my neck of the woods,
however it must be a mandatory process to inspect every batch!

I guess if we did not with the covid jab then possibly more deaths would be attributable than the actual current
death toll! My country are buying 4, all different compounds, different levels of efficacy.
The FDA testing of drugs is bs, pump them out as they are ownded by big pharma and less rigourous
testing, and in house testing that is rife with bs reporting and bs evidenced based research and evidence based
clinical trials that are and should be done externally, if they did most would not pass. HT
