I don't ususlly post to suspicious stuff like that but I did anyway--"for three easy payments you too can get info on our members" I wrote to what seemed like someone baiting everyone about a cure for anxiety.
Now I'm paying the price--getting spam email. The subject includes my signature name from here and combinations of it--it is investment stuff. I'm not complaining about this site or anything--I post at my own risk like anything else on the web.
Are you others who posted, getting the same?
A taking advantage double whammy.

I am so sorry this has happened to you.

Can you please let me know what forum this was posted in and by whom? I will send a admin alert on it so Peter can look into this. But I need this info to do that.

As for the emails someone will be on in a bit to help you with that. You may can just change your password but I'm not for sure.

Kittie- I remember the post. The guy's name was "realdoc" as Patty said.

It was posted on this forum. The A/P Forum, but I think it may have been taken down due to backlash by many of us.

Including myself.

I got a wee bit mouthy with the fellow. LOL... as I too thought it was some sort of scam

No not trying to cause a problem...it's more of a 'shame on me ' thing and was wondering if anyone else was so lucky eyes
The original thread was deleted and not alot of people replied--just wondered whether or not they're getting stuff too.

Hi Patty I believe Realdoc deleted threads self I know no moderators did and I havent asked Peter usually he would notify one of us ........I am so dang sorry this has happend I am not sure if anything can be done now and this is why we are very diligent with spammers as well .I know I replied to his post but did not go any further than that
This is also the reason we try not to have names and emails in posts as sometimes ppps that are just looking get your info as well
Again I am sorry you can email the Administrator and ask if he locked that account or if he knows anything about it
