I'm not very good with words of wisdom and advise, but I'll try. Do some deep breathing exercises. Concentrate on breathing with your diaphram. Your stomach should be going in and out, not your chest when you do this. Go to a happy place, a place that leaves a calm feeling. Tell yourself it will be ok, you are stronger than the anxiety. Listen to some calming music, preferably with no words. I also love lavendar, candles, lotion, Glade plug ins. This relaxes me too.
