Kinda all excited now, but hey, i found a list of gifts to give for xmas, while its too long to write it all, but i think its something that can make a big difference in our lives,

The gift of gratitude, find 3 things every day that make you feel good, better or just glad that they are there
The gift of reconciliation, see if there is anyone you can forgive, even if its someone from 20 years ago
The gift of Appreciation, we all love to be appreciated, so give a little and get a little
The gift of connection, go and see one of those friends from long ago that you havent seen for ages,
The gift of Dreams, Remember those old dreams from your childhood or youth, maybe its a good time to lift them out of the closet and add some new life to them,
The Gift of Presence, sometimes its not what you can say, but just the fact that you are there for someone, that makes the difference
The gift of thanking someone,

Just you all have a good Xmas period, and be good to yourselves, because those downs in life just help you pick up speed so you can climb a much greater mountain,
Oh and im not forgetting those on the Depression Page, i promise to see you tomorrow

Those words of wisdom in your second post hit home with me and they are so true

I have missed the Ian ..ism's around here so bleeding much I have so much to tell you ya I know I do it in emails but still

Your Teens are so proud of their accomplishments and now have played 5 " gigs " they call them lol 

 

They were going to do the Legion New Years Eve but town council put a stop to that due to age and drinking there which is understandable

They are getting a New Yrs party together for them and some parents that dont drink and play at the Church ......Cait and Brad /Chris are in charge of getting it going so far fliers up news paper article about it and they will have a great time .........

 

They ask me lots of things about you and I tell them what I know of you and how wonderful you are so giving so down to Earth stand up for your beliefs ect..... ect........

I believe Cait has mega pics for you so I will make sure you get them when all setttled

...........Yes please do come back once in awhile at least ...

 Your insight and great personality is needed here with all of us ........you have been missed

Lots of new people on the Forum, good to see, i will try and post a little more in the New Year, and Lyn once i get working i will get on Messenger and yak to ya,

Sometimes what we see as something bad in ourselves or in our personal lives, is really the birth of something good, try not to resist those times, expand, feel wider and taller than you are, embrace everything around you instead of contracting, when you are afraid to smile, smile, when youre afraid to cry, cry, hold your head high when you are afraid to believe in yourself,

i think an ian ism forum would be a great hit, so very intelligent he is ;) we are lucky to have him as a friend, and you too lyn, you are just as special and caring and smart. I hope all keeps getting better for you ian, and we will all be glad to have you back on here posting more. HUGS, and a very merry christmas
