That's out-of-control anxiety for sure. When I'm jumping at the phone or the doorbell ringing, I know I'm on red alert
. What I do is immediately lie down flat on my back on my bed and start my deep breathing exercises. It helps a lot.

Goodluck Twiggy, I hope your doctor can help, I usually increase ant-anxiety meds when I start jumping at doorbells and ringing phones. Keep us posted

Called docs office no results of MRI test yet, and explained that i am shakey and jumpy. I asked her to talk to the doc but she looked at my file and asked if i was taking the 50mgs of serequeol i said no she asked why said don;t know i feel ok on 25mgs but anyway maybe i think it;s the sereqoul she said try the 50mgs and see what happens. If it is the serequeol i will should be able to tell if i increase to 50mg? i will have to stop taking it and try something else. take care i will let u know what's happens i still might go to the hospital and see what they can do. Bye for now Twiggy2

Twiggy I felt like this a few years ago and the ER tested my thyroid levels. Turns out I was toxic from too much Synthroid. I was so relieved because I felt like I was jumping out of my skin. Have you had your thyroid levels checked in the last year?

yes i have had blood work done and haven;t heard anything back yet. Still a bit jumpy but i am calling my pysch doc or my family doc and see what can be done. I still am waiting for the MRI results, i am running out of klonopin but it is not helpful as musch because i am tolerant to it now i am trying to only use it when i have too. I will keep u all posted as to what happens. Twiggy2.

MRI results came back normal a relief for sure, i explained the jumpiness thing to my pysch doc so we decided to increase my Zoloft to 125mg and 75mg of serequol we are going to try this for two months if not successful we will try something else. Also we are still waiting for the EEG results to possible rule out eplilepsy or some other possible nerve disorder. Then we can go from there on that aspect. Until then i am doing my breathing and trying to eat more good food and taking my muti vitamin everyday, I will let u know how things are going. Twiggy2
