need to vent alittle...

ok i've started having panic attacks here recently. i wake up every morning before daylight with racing thoughts and pouding heart, and feeling very nausea's. i cant go back to sleep and after i'm up for alittle while it subsides. my digestive system is in distress,so nausea's,nervous,with some"D" and i just dont know how to pull out of this. i've tried paxil,zoloft,prozac none has helped me. i go to the dr. today to find another med that will help me. so my question is has anyone else experienced all the symptoms that i have explained. And what meds. have you gotten to work for you?

Hi, I was suffering horribly from panic attacks and anxiety. I recently started taking zoloft and I have a huge difference. I know you said this didn't work for you though

Pamela, the mornings have been difficult for me recently. As soon as I open my eyes my heart races which causes anxiety. I work on it every morning. I use positive self talk. I either do biofeedback or make myself get up. My fear brings it on every morning. I'm sure the whole cycle will stop someday.

Try to go ahead in the mornings and start your day. If you have any meds, take them. Remind yourself that these feelings are harmless and will pass. I hope you feel better soon!

Jeff1969, why are you losing hope? Losing hope is not an option. Begin doing all the things that are necessary to relieve your stress/depression. What are you doing on a daily basis to help your anxiety?
