Hi guys i have suffered from panic disorder but have completely recovered, it was so bad at one point i didnt leave the house or work etc etc.The only way i overcame this was to actually keep exposing myself (slowly but gradually) to things that triggered the actual panic attacks eg trains walking far from home being in new company.It wasnt easy believe me but the whole point of exposure was to actually let the panic hit me full on.I no longer give my panic the respect becuase im not scared of them anymore.Life is too darn short to let them scare me.Dont get me wrong we all have our own opinions on panic attacks and i know how scarey they are but trust me they are a big ugly monster and the only way you get over them are
Dont read up on them too much otherwise youl get overwhelmed.
Expose yourself slowly but make sure you try have a panic attack.
Write down whats happening in your life.youl be surpised that you are dealing with alot more than you thought.
