Ok, I have been reading about
this being a symptom of anxiety, but what exactly is giddiness?? Is it anything like a lightheaded..dizzy type feeling? Just curious as to what one feels like when one is giddy. Thanks!
God bless.

"Giddiness" I associate with jr. high school girls who laugh about
anything and are just generally silly.

Thats is how I associate it as well but,in the book I have been reading by Claire Weeks she calls giddiness as meaning dizzy,lightheaded...etc....So I guess in the anxiety world it means that.

All of you are right. : )
giddy
adjective

2. lacking seriousness; given to frivolity; "a dizzy blonde"; "light-headed teenagers"; "silly giggles"
