Bad last 2 days for my sister , me and mom too

  Very very bad last 2 days. She is on a tranquilizer pill and is asleep right now. She has been acting up very very bad. She is non stop cussing and screaming and saying she hates me, hates mom, hates doctor whoever, says every cuss word she has ever heard ,  says she wants us to die, then she changes her minda nd says stuff like, she hates us but doesn't hate us, almost in a voice thats not even hers.  She has no idea wha she is even saying. She is reaching out to grab us and throwing things and we have moved everything that she can possibly throw in the living room and her room.

   Not sure whats gonna happen when she wakes up. her pych doc says if we can't get her calm tonight to call the amublance, they will give her a shot and then people from greeriver health would do something but not sure what.

   If me and my mom can't even grab a hold of her i don't think an abulance crew could . Don't think she would get in the car to let us take her there. We got lucky today and she did go to the doc today but it was pure hell.

  The tranquilizer is seroquel so not sure how long she will be asleep especially since she didnt fall asleep til like 5 am last night and then woke up around 10 .

  She screamed and cussed from 9 pm to 4 am non stop the entire time and very loud. Noone knows why. My mom even thought its a multiple personality or even autism , she is 30 and blind and mentally handicap but not as mentally as most and she doesnt look like  a normal blind person. He eyes are straight which is rare actually.

   She takes geodon, a seizure med even though she hasn't had one in over 5 or so years and takes trazadone also

just asked my mom and they don't test levels of the meds she takes but does for the seizure med, and whatever normal things ..

She has only been on geoden for a little while because the doc changed her med to this because she was acting up , some, not alot on the other. She just gets red, mad and won't stop , mumbles and then screams and will throw or even attack if we were in front of her.

She has done this before , 6 years ago, but only 1/4 of intense as this and then she stopped when getting on her current meds she takes except maybe acts up 2 times a year maybe. She was screaming the worst things imaginable

and even would hit herself in the legs with palms of her hands. Hard to tell since she isn't normal. No idea what some supposed expert would say or do. Actually if she acts up tonight, we are supposed to get her to emergency room, but it won't happen. Funny how 2 people can't get a handle of one person , so not sure how many would show up to take her to emergency room.

I think they would have to put her in a straight jacket and give shot

Hi..First of all I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this.  If you do feel like she is a threat to herself or others you might consider an OPC..Order of Protective Custody.  To get this you should contact the local coroner or sherrif.  i know contacting the Coroner may sound weird, but if a patient is committed, by law he/she will see the patient anyways.  (at least this is how it is in the psyc. unit i have worked in).  You can get police assistance in getting your sister to the hospital.  Once she is there a psychiatrist will evaluate her and decide if she needs to be admitted (danger to self, danger to others, unable to seek help on thier own).  After that, the hospital will find a place for her in a psychiatric unit...and hopefully a great one. (this is where the second opinion by the coroner comes in)  There, she can get some rest, get her medicine regulated, see a psychiatrist daily along with (usually) other therapists, and have the constant care she needs right now.  The only way they would put her in restraints is if she is suicidal or a threat to the staff and then, by law, she will have to be monitored for circulation, intake of food and liquids, and output also.  ALthough this is usually a scary process, it can provide you, your family and your sister the safest option.  Most places have daily visiting hours also and even though she may be defiant at first, by the time she leaves she should be on the proper medication and dosage of that medication and the sister you know and love.

I really think it would be in HER best interest to be in a safe and professional environment .......

I just think that way they could find out what is going on with her and tx her
