Wow, I am overwhelmed........Thank you so much for the welcome.
I am very happy to be here. I have had Anxiety/Panic Disorder for 25 years so I live your life too. I also have depression and right now I am doing very well.
February of 2006 I had to take early retirement and couldn't leave the house with out wanting to run back home to my safe space. I have made great strides and I hope to be of support to each of you.

its never too late to recover, many longtime sufferers have recovered using meds and CBT
