I take ativan and it DOES help so much more than any other med ( cept valium) for me

I knwo you will feel alot better as you said and I am so glad

I cant wait for the Prozac to kick in and help you as well

I love my CBT and I have learnt so much thru it and working thru and with it

Hope this finds you well.
Had a great visit with the CBT doc today. Withdrawal a pain, but worth the effort.
Feeling dizzy at the moment. Typical withdrawal symptoms.

Much better today. I am essentially going cold turkey. Rather quick taper from the Luvox. However, it's worth the effort. Tomorrow last day of 100 mgs. Then the Prozac. Can't wait.
