So many new people here!!!

I am finding people also suffering with agoraphobia, which I didn't see when I first came here around a month ago...and that is comforting.

I am seeing so many people with health anxiety, people thinking that with every ache and pain they are dying.  That is a HORRIBLE feeling, and I have that too, along with a lot of the people here, so again, that is a comforting feeling.

I just want to say that I am happy I have found HEALINGWELL, and I am happy so many others have found it too.  This is a great place to be...although it is sad that any of us have to come here.     On a happy note, at least we have eachother to help get through this.    

Today is a bad day for me with my anxiety...for reasons I am not sure of, but I have spoken to a few people today who have already helped me some, and that is what I am here for, along with my want to help others feel better.

So, that is that, I just wanted to welcome the newcomers, and give props to HEALINGWELL!!!

I just found this site yesterday and I've been suffering with a/p for 8 years.  I really feel that it is a blessing from God!! Anyway, I am plagued with health anxiety and ALWAYS fear that I am currently infested with some horrible disease but every time I go to the Dr. I'm fine... I am working it out and plan to do whatever I have to so that I can be anxiety/panic free and can recondition my myself to NOT automatically turn every insignificant thing into a catastrophie.
