I have read a few of you talk about Claire Weekes and since I am new to this whole thing here and have never heard of her ,can someone please tell me where I can get her books or programs and which books I should get first?

Dr Weekes teaches you, through simple steps, to reverse your pattern of symptoms and to find your own inner strength. I am sure there will be members who will give you guidance as to which books are the best self help ones she has written.

And, since they are expensive, you might try a little e-bay or craig's list as well!

Not to take food out of HW's mouth, but the books are expensive and some people just don't have the money to buy them new.

Amazon does have used books for sale as well, and if you go to the site, it will tell you how many used books of what your looking for they have available.

I highly recommend books by claire weekes!  I agree with the others here, try used at amazon, or e-bay.  In my opinion, these books are worth getting!

ok can anyone please tell me which one to start out with, I have a little ocd and if things are not given to me structured (spelling) I have a hard time getting started.

I really liked her book Hope and Help for Your Nerves.  I actually felt like she knew me and was my friend while reading that book.  I know that sounds a bit strange, but it's true!

You can buy her stuff used on eBay! I should know! You can get it reasonably priced as well! I recommend her book "Hope and Help For Your Nerves". It's great!
