Welcome to the A & P forum. I think your meds sound okay but if you feel they are not working for you, please talk with your physician.
I am wondering if your in therapy and if not that may be a good option for you. Learning to live with the anxiety and not let it control you is the best way to get past these feelings your experiencing.
Most of the people on the site seek out therapy to help them. CBT is one of the methods of therapy used.
