I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since 1996 after my grandmother whom was very near and dear to me died! I have been on several different anti-anxiety medications since then. For example paxil, lexapro, buspar, serequel, and i'm probably forgetting some! Right now i am on zoloft not because it really helps but i think i've just run out of choices!(lol)I also take xanax on occassion, which really hleps, but my doctor siad its very habit-forming! Of all the problems i have, i dont need to be an addict too!(lol)This condition has really taken over my life! I have relatives out of town whom i haven't seen in years because travling is out of the question! Last time i tried i had an emotional melt down!Anyway my question is,is there anyone who has tried other meds that i may not have listed in my list that has been very effective! Also recently for the first time in my life i started taking a multi-vitamin, i dont know if it's just wishful thinking but for this past week i've been taking them my anxiety attacks seemed to have decreased! Is this possible? Could some panic attacks be related to vitamin defiency? Someone give me some feed back on this!
** I added a title to your thread so more ppl will see the Topic and more likely give their input.....If this is not the itle you would like to use PLEASE by all means go to edit in your post and change the title to your liking

Sorry to hear you have not found anything that has helped you. I have onbly been on the ones you listed and I agree xanax was very healpful for me too! I only took it for total melt downs tho and no long have any.
Not sure about
the vitamins tho. It could be that maybe the vitamin is help your bosy feel better so there is less things to triger your attacks...maybe. Im not really sure just taking a guess.
I wish I had more help for you, I know how helpless you can feel when the meds dont seem to be working.
Keep looking and talking with doctors and maybe you will find what your looking for. I guess the key is just not to give up but it doesnt sound like you are.
Im sure other will come along soon and maybe have a few ideas for you.
Wish I could help more, Good Luck!

Welcome to HW
I totally do agree with crying I think perhaps the Vitamins are making you feel a bit better physically and so it helps maybe with the anxiety / panic
