OH Man.....You Just Have To Laugh At Some Things Ya DO...........

Well of course Stupid me with IV in one arm and sores on the other decide to carry up vaccuum to upstairs yesterday early eve
Next thing I knew I was down going down the stairs basically riding the bleeding vaccuum and then go to put med in Intraveineously and OF couse my lil trip had made me lose the site

Am now just hearing doorbell ring and nurse is here to FINALLY restart.....

Well in I go to change the clothes from dryer and put other load from washer in and OMG I HAD bubbles everywhere ............in the washer that is ...thank GOD

The washer was on final spin but all you could see was soap and more soap

''LIL did I know Cait had added extra soap as well as what I had added...........

So needless to say HAD to rewash the already washed clothes again.......

 

My washer what does she Thunk she is doing ( no not a typo)

I am going to totally give up and give in let her do it cuz obviously at

 54 I DONT KNOW HOW TO ........Do Laundry

Ok. You all have me laughing soooo hard! Its hard to laugh and squeeze at the same time... If I don't squeeze... I pee my pants. ! There!
I wear false teeth too... I used to sign my letters , tired and toothless old Mary.... but now that I have a set of pearly whites I don't sign them that way anymore.
I was to go out to a fancy fund raiser a couple of years ago. Now I'm not used to getting all dolled up... in fact I get a little panicky if I have to go out to something fancy. Well, got myself all prettied up and thought I'd done a pretty good job, so stopped next door to get the once over from my daughter who was babysitting. She looked me up and down and said " "Mama, you look gorgeous!"
So off I go trotting down the street feeling like God's gift to men...when I ran into an old friend. She grabbed me around the shoulders and said, Mary you look so lovely where are you going.... and as I was about to open my mouth to tell her ... I realized I'd forgotten my teeth!!!!! Last time I ask my daughter for the once over!! ..The same daughter came running down the stairs from her apartment 2 days ago, after we'd had lunch.and I'd left her apt., taken the elevator down... smiled and talked to a gorgeous 50 ish man in the lobby.... pulled me over and handed me my teeth.... TOO LATE!.
I can't eat very well with mine so I tend to take them out.... went to the cinema with daughter #1 the other day and had a lovely treat...when the movie was over ...she could see me digging around in my purse... she said mom...what ARE you doing. I said I put my teeth in a baggy and I have to hurry up and put them back in before the lights come back on!Never a dull moment. !

I remember at my 8th grade DC trip I had sugar all day...I'm not kidding. Pure sugar. We stopped at a candy store and I got all this candy to see how hyper I could get. When we got back to the hotel my friend started poking me (I'm extremely ticklish) and then I couldn't stop laughing for an hour. I got in trouble with the guards in the hotel hallways, my teacher, and my mom. Everything was just a blur, everything at the time seemed funny...looking back I just laugh at how little sense I was making.

And the other day at work, I was looking around one of our bookshelves to see if I could put some back stock away, so I stepped on one of the shelves, thinking it was sturdy...it wasn't. All these books come crashing down on me. I had to fix the shelf and everything. Everyone in the store is just staring at me with blank faces and I'm all "I'm okaaaaaaay..."

And a few days before that I was carrying a box to the back room, and we have this table full of glass ornaments, and I knocked them over...broke two bulbs. Someone came from the store next to us because they thought someone got shot.

My life is full of random misfortunes happening to me. ;P

My mother got me one day after school. Mother ran off to have a beer with father and left a dozen egg on the stove. I came home and set them off when I closed the door. There was egg everywhere. It was such a big bang, I though father had been ... "experimenting" again ... without me. It took a good 10 to 15 minutes for me to get up the courage to see what went boom. What a mess I found, when I finally crawl out from behind the sofa.

Here is one of my own booboos ...

When I was working in security I was sent to the boat dealer one night. Never been there before, supervisor didn't know nothing about the place, no post orders, no keys. So I did what I could. I made sure all the doors and windows were lock, patrolled the property every thirty minutes. The night goes by and around dawn, I'm walking by what I thought was this big display window for the boats for the hundredth time when a bird flies in and lands on the table inside! It was wide open!! There on the table is the post orders and keys! Two seconds later someone shows up to open. "How it go last night?" "Oh ... great except I couldn't figure out how to close the big window." Yes, I use to be able to think fast on my feet.
