If you want to vent about your stress at work that is ok but to talk to the members as you did is against Rule 3.  If you would like to discuss this with me please email me.

Hey, Cool off a little okay? Your gonna be okay. Work stinks, I know. I worked at a finace company and it was awful. People are rude and mean. THey don't understand that your only doing your job, and that you are genuine. Try not to let those people get under your skin so much. If you know you are doing your best then that's all you can do. And those people will think and do and say what they want but they don't know you. You know you. So keep your head up. It'll be okay. And hey, if the job really drives you crazy, try to find another one. Loves

I am glad you wrote this. My husband works for a disability insurer and he feels the same way. Even though it is a contract he hates having to tell people that they can't get paid. It is stressful. You just have to remember that they are strangers. They don't actually know you. They have a misconception and they are trying to act tough and get the most that they can. Try to think of yourself as a robot or a different person at work. They are only on the phone, they don't even see you. They don't know you and won't know you. You can be tough back to them while still being polite.
