I screwed myself good this time, my VR appointment was for today not tomorrow. I missed it. Only shred of hope I had.

Rescheduled for the 23rd of next month, I'm so boned, now I have nothing to tell the mortgage company.

The Lord is too merciful and forgiving of my sins, so I'll just have to punish myself. Going go do my community service tomorrow with any luck it will kill me.

Buddha,

You hae no reason to punish yourself.  Turn that thought around and think of the good you do through community service.

Be kind to yourself and know we are here for you..............many prayers and hugs coming your way.

Buddha... Lord if you only knew how many times I goof... Everyday... My memory isn't what it used to be... I have to write EVERYTHING down so I won't forget... there are notes all over the house.... but the kicker is this: I forget where I put the note... or I leave home without it...
Everyone forgets appointments.... so don't you dare even thinking about punishing yourself. Your community work is your contribution to people ... if you didn't care about people you wouldn't be there... You have such a good heart. Don't think of community service as a punishment... it is a blessing to everyone who meets you and to everyone you help. BE PROUD!
I see we are going all going to have to work harder on boosting that self esteem of yours. I know , mine is in the toilet too.... but I'm working at trying to block those bad thoughts.... NO STINKIN THINKIN as a wise, wise woman on this forum as been known to say over and over again.

I unfortunately have survived another day at community service. Heart and BP were way up there but just couldn't finish me off, 180 -190 is my best guess for pulse, hard to take a pulse that high. I was just standing around most of the day.

The guy in charge of the community service most of had a hang over, he was grumpy. Sent a few people home for the just the heck of it. I did my best to stay away from him all day, don't need some idiot setting me off -- I can be a little violent these days.

Must of had multiple nightmares this morning, woke up twice to screaming and once with tremors and palpitations that's when the alarm went off. Back is fine, I know it went out once yesterday but it was back in by the time I went home. Even the back wont cooperate and punish me. At least my knee loves me, it's hurting like hell this morning.
