Boy are we in the same boat today. I'm having 5 teeth pulled at 8:30 this morning. I've been doing alot of deep breathing and self talk as Unhappy mentioned. You will make it through this, it may not be easy, but you have the strength within you to make it through. Try to stay in the moment, as one of fearless leaders always suggests (Kitt), don't think ahead, just concentrate on where you are right this minute. I found that keeping busy really helped me. Read, play a computer game, anything to keep your mind occupied and when the scary thoughts come, just let them pass through you. Both of us our going to face our fears today and when it's over we will be relieved and so proud of ourselves.
