i also cant sleep a lot of nights and im depressed. is this going to ever go away? im starting to lose hope

Let's begin by NOT smoking. It's not helping the situation and may even be causing the problems. Quit smoking and after a few weeks, see how you feel. Also, if you are a teen, ask your parents for therapy. Tell them you don't feel right. If you're older, get a therapist. Professional help will make you feel better! Keep a positive attitude. I'll be praying for you!
