What do you take for colds when on anxiety meds?

You have arrived at a great forum with so many wonderful people and resources :) We are not supposed to give out medical advice because of the forum rules, but I can tell you what I do, but please contact you doctor before taking anything because I don't know your medical history besides the fact that you have high BP.

I personally take Vitamin C through pills and orange juice when I have a cold. Along with my Vick's Vaporizer, heat pad, chicken noodle soup, lots of fluids and then I generally let it run it's course. It is one of those thing that you just need to rest and try to relax and if it gets too bad, please make an appointment to see your doctor :)

there's one with a C (can't remember the name) I saw it's ok to take if you have high blood pressure. Ask your pharmacist about it.

But with a cold I try not too take much. Only NiQuil to help me sleep. Otherwise drink lots and rest. Staying away from dairy also helps. And an expectorant to make sure nothing settles anywhere.

i can't take over the counter cold medicine-it makes me feel too antsy, so i'm like sam-i rely on vitamin c, vicks, soup, and heating pads!
