Off-balanced , dizzy or anxious?

Well, after five years of feeling off-balance I finally got results that I'd like to share with everyone.  I had 2 brain MRI's a neck MRI with nothing showing up.  Finally a friend suggested I see a vestibular therapist.  I went to see him and now I am fixed!!! No more off balance , no more anxiety about falling over.  The therapist described the entire thing like this "there is a build-up in my inner ear that makes me feel off-balance"  He basically put me in a few different positions to try to get the blood flowing in my ear to break up the deposits that were causing me to feel off-balanced.  So anyways to make a long story short after 5 years of feeling awful I finally found my answer in this vestibular therapist.  So if you are off balance or dizzy or just "feeling off" this might help you.  After 5 sessions with him I feel great - I still feel anxious sometimes when I wake up in the morning because for so long I used to wonder if it was going to be a bad day but it is getting better everyday because I don't feel like I am going to fall over anymore!!!  I hope this helps.
