You know you have a panic disorder when...
-You carry around apples for your low bloodsugar everywhere and have ruined at least 3 purses because the apples went bad in them.
-You get the flu and it just amuses you because despite some aches and pains and 39C fevers you pretty much feel the same as normally and do whatever you normally do while others take to their beds and complain. (take that you flu!)
-You use ho***erbottles even in high summer because it relaxes you
-You have a bag with vitamin pills, lavender oil (relaxation), pepermint oil (nausia), some prayers, Bach rescue spray and anti-acids you keep with you at all times.
-Taking stairs or other relatively simple things seem like enormous tasks.
-You puree your food and it looks like babyvomit but at least it's easier to swallow.
-How bad other people are feeling makes you feel better because it's the same way you feel and it makes you think how you are feeling is more "normal" than before.
