Hello i just joined i feel im going mad i am always at the doctors i have OCD and anxyety,i have been scared i  have something wrong with me i have heaviness and tingling in my head,i walk about with my shoulders tense all day i dont even know im doing it .its all driving me mad,have been on lots different meds keep sweating to please help

Welcome to healingwell this is a great forum and the members here will be able to relate and give support. Sorry to hear you are having a rough time at the moment, sounds like you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety my shoulders quite often feel tense as well it also sounds like you are having some health anxiety, I often convince myself that I have all sorts off things wrong with me but I am not a doctor so would suggest you speak to your doctor. Have you ever had therapy? I have had some therapy and due to have CBT soon and found therapy really helped me more so than my medication which I take something you could think about. Welcome to our A/P Forum. I get these feelings too when my anxiety is high, and I also get very upset as well about the constant body symptoms and not feeling well. You have come to the right place, because there are many of us that deal with this on many levels. I hope to see more posts from you, and if you stick with us you will learn so much to help. We have many members with OCD so you have come to the right place. Anxiety is not a fun disorder so I hope we will be able to help you.

Thank you all so much for your kind reply ,i was at gp today told her how i felt i think they get fed up with me so much she gave me seroxat,see how it goes with them,

Im so glad i found this lovely forum and all you kind people.
