Ross, I really enjoyed your explanation of the process of panic attacks. I also accidentally stumbled across that method on my own many years ago. I got so tired of having them that I finally said to myself, "Bring it on! Is that all you got???" I let them happen and low and behold they became much less intense and farther apart until I didnt have one for several years. I can still have one occasionally when I'm stressing over something for too long but they are much, much more manageable now. Good advice. Tony
