Come back and post when you can though because your posts are really good and are probably helping a lot of people because I know they have helped me.

I'm really glad I read this post because it's absolutely true and I feel the same way. It's the thinking process that screws you up and in reality that's all it is. I know I'm saying that like it's easy, but it's not because I've been feeling the same way. It's just trying to get to that point of overcoming and realizing that, which has been hard for me and is what I'm still working on, but great to hear and good luck with everything!

The first step is realizing that it is the thought process and then you just need to keep doing the exercises. The more you counter your thoughts in the TEA forms and put things back into perspective the sooner you can turn your thought process around
