Hi April! I'm new here so we haven't had the opportunity to chat yet so I thought I would post to your discussion. I'm assuming that you have trouble sleeping due to anxiety? Have you ever tried chamomile yea? It can be an effective tool to help you sleep at night as it has a calming effect on the body. Also, do you have daily plans? Things to do every day that keep you occupied and that you enjoy?
