Hi

Hi all today wasn't a bad day I stayed busy for the better part of the day but I did sneak in a nap. My anxiety/panic seems to be getting better a little at the time I think maybe cause of the uped dose of seroquel and the depakote. Don't get me wrong I still get shaky and nervous but some days are improving. Thank you all for your very nice replys both on this board and the depression board I really appreciate it. Sometimes a few kind words or to know that someone else knows how it feels helps and can make a big difference in someones day or maybe in their life. The depression wasn't so bad today it came wondering back up a little while ago but i'm trying to stay positive. It does get dissapointing when you have a good time then boom you have a bad one or have a panic attack,it almost feels as though it sets you back but i'm learning to deal day to day which I think helps. YESSSSSS April!!! Sounds like your meds are starting to kick in and you are better able to work thru things. Good for you! One day at a time honey, just take one day at a time!
