Hello and welcome to HealingWell and the A & P forum. I am sorry to hear you are having an increase in your anxiety and it does appear to be health anxiety that you are experiencing.
Health anxiety refers to having a preoccupation with a fear of having a serious illness or disease, despite medical investigations that show the person is healthy. Health anxiety can be treated effectively with CBT therapy.
Please do think about seeing a therapist again as it has been 6 years and try to find one that uses CBT training. Also there is a free online CBT program that you may want to look at. Here is the link for the program. You do have to sign up but it is free. CBT also takes hard work so you have to commit to it and be patient.
