It seems that when I get up (I sleep till 11:45 a.m. usually) I am so tired and anxious. I will struggle with those feelings for a good number of hours. But by the time it is finally getting late evening, I usually start to feel better. My energy level goes up and my anxiety level goes down. It makes me dread getting up in the mornings! The fatigue is awful along with the anxiety and it is depressing. Can anyone relate? :(
