Hi guys it's been so long since I have been on here,hope you all are doing well! As for me,not so much! I feel so bad everyday I hardly get out of my bed and I sure dont leave my house. I'm at a loss of what to do but I do know something has to change shakehead

Hey there, this is Kitt. I am sorry to hear you are not doing well but wondering if you are seeing a psychiatrist and also are you on any medications?

We need to get you out of bed and back into the real world.
