So sorry I did not introduce myself earlier. I am a 45 year old, wife and mother. I was recently diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Order and am still learning alot about it. I hope to find some useful information here as well as some good advice. Thank you :)

You were fine with your first post............I was really just bumping up the post about newbies to prevent new members from tagging onto posts that may be 2-3 years old since someone has posted to them.

I am Kitt and I have a 27 year history of Anxiety so you have come to the right place as we know where your coming from and what your going through.
