Hey Haybugsmommy,

And welcome to HW. I use to get really bad anxiety before my time of the month, but that was before that starting diagnosing PMDD. From what I understand from my daughters, they now have where you can take Zoloft for a few days each month to help relieve it. Maybe something to discuss with your Gyn. Good luck!

Welcome to HealingWell and the best A & P forum around. I did not have any major PMDD myself but I have seen other members post re their issues so hopefully some will be along and have great words of encouragement for you.

I do have a 27 year hx of Anxiety so I understand where your are coming from and what you are going through in dealing with the nasty anxiety.
