Headache question again

kitkat..i have suffered with these debilitating things for as long as i can remember...i also hv severe migraines but the headaches i hv daily the light bothers me the television at times and noise use to be a biggie but i am now totally deaf.....i usually take gravol or tylenol 1s for it when i cannot stand hving everyday like this i take a diazepam and tylenol num 4...its a fix but at least i can get some things done ya know...about 3 weeks ago the only time wasnt aching is when i was asleep i dreaded waking up knowing that dang head would start n it did as soon as i opened my eyes....sleep was only way out of it..i am scheduled for another eeg and hoping to find out what is going on..i think i too may hv things in house that i am allergic too just trying to figure it all out....i get no appetite whatsover with head doing that in fact i dont want to do much of anything the tylenol n valium help for me to at least get up get stuff done and valium also give me appetite..i hope you can find a way to deal or get rid o these i do know the pain it causes along with life disruptions,,keep us posted hun k ...huggles..lyn

I have headaches a lot. Somtimes migraine but usually they're just sinus, which is bad enough. I'm not sure what to tell you other than sometimes sinus headaches don't feel like sinus headaches so hopefully that's what you have. If it is, they're pretty easily treated with ibuprofen. As far as migraines go, I just deal with them. And I let most of the sinus headaches run their course, too, because if you take ibuprofen too much it becomes less effective.

I have one of my less severe migraines right now, and like lyn says it's weird and painful to even look at the computer monitor, but I'm sick of just sitting around in the dark doing nothing.

Hopefully a new neurologist will be able to help you. If not I can't say you'll get used to them, really, but you will learn to live with it.
