Chest Pain

Hi everyone! I have been havubg sine pains in the chest area....its not always...certain ways that I stand or sit I can feel it....Its like a sharp, quick, hot stab and doesnt last long but scares me because it is in the "chest area"...... like i said it is not constant. I can get relief with the change of posistion...however, it is a pain and it scares me. my husband says it is indigestion, but its not where he points to.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!

It could very well be indigestion as your husband said. My hubby scared me to death recently complaining of chest pain. Turned out it was Acid Reflux. The pain was right near where his heart is. Hope that helps to calm you some.

Thanks Nanners! I am pretty sure that is what it was....It was gone when I woke up this morning. When you have an anxiety disorder, I think we are so "tuned" in to our bodies.... I have a dull pain in my arm and I think right away...It's my heart....etc. It is just so very frustrating when you suffer with the "what if's" constantly!!!! Thanks again for the input on the indigestion. ~Blessings~

Glad your feeling better today. I hate how our anxiety makes us ALWAYS jump to the worst conclusions.

This anxiety stuff stinks!
