doctor's vist

hello everyone, well i went back to the doctor talk a lot about 12/27/09 and let him know that the meds were working right now. he stated that now the time to go up on my med (paxile) why would i do this/ or is it common to go up on it if it is working? i'm unsure what to do about this any suggestion? but anyway he's got me out of work until march 15, and i can't return to work until i go see a theraptist. he says i have to let go of that incident but it's really hard for me right now because the lpn is really having some problems cause by the attack. i just can't go back and be expected to accept another unsafe unit without the proper staffing nor can i accept another unsafe assignment. the doctor also asked me if there was somewhere else that i could be placed, i told him that i was unsure on that (you know how that goes they accommedate certain ones) he says for sake it's a hospital i know there's alot of things that you can do there, and he wrote that down. now my ? is what happens at my vist with the therapist? i go to them on th 16th of feb.  i just don't wanna be blind to what i'm doing or going into, because of where i work people have a way of judging you, but i need to take care of me also.
